Returns

Original packaging should be included

A valid reason (defective, damaged, incorrect item)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once an order is processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately with photos.
We will send a replacement or issue a refund.
